Order has just been shipped, how do I exchange/return?
We are unable to exchange/return at this time. It is necessary that you refuse the product at the time of delivery and after the refusal, contact us for the exchange to be carried out.
Remembering that you have up to 7 calendar days to make your request, after this period, the exchange/return will not be carried out, unless it is due to a defective product.
How does the exchange and return policy work?

It is necessary that the product is sent with the manual and all the accessories that came with the product, without signs of misuse, such as those scratches and bump marks.
